Having been on the market since December and being unsuccessful in letting our property we decided it was time to change agent. We called 3 agents in total. Hunni Homes where by far the most professional yet friendly and understanding. They found us a tenant very quickly and made everything easy for us. I would highly recommend their letting services.

Simon has been fantastic the whole way through the process. He answered all of my (sometimes random) questions in as much detail as possible and helped explain parts of the process that I didn't understand. He kept me updated (even when there were no updates) and was the first person I would turn to with a question. I know that he would always answer my calls and emails as quickly as he could and has stopped me going insane! Simon made the whole process as stress-free as possible for us and I am so grateful that he was assigned to our rental.

I recently chose hunni homes to facilitate the letting of 2 flats in Tunbridge Wells. The process was hassle free and seamless throughout. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and their communication is excellent, particularly in the management of the property. 5 stars.

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to make the move to my new home so easy and stress free. It was a refreshing change to deal with professional, helpful and efficient estate agents.
