Brettsletts are the best estate agent we have ever been with!!! We have lived in their property for about 9 months now and they have exceeded our every expectation. We can't sing their praises enough!! Completely outstanding!! They resolve every issue to the highest standard every time and asap. 5 stars out of 5!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Sue and Andy from Brettsletts for several years whilst my family and I were living the the US and our house in Tunbridge Wells was rented out. We had originally used another local letting agent but had nothing but problems with them - delays in finding tenants and lack of follow up when any minor repairs needed to be carried out. We made the switch to Brettsletts - wish we had done it earlier - and found the entire experience was extremely positive. Sue and Andy always managed to find excellent tenants with little or no break in the rental and they handled any issue that arose in a very effective and timely manner with absolutely no drama from our perspective. They are incredibly responsive and their rates extremely competitive. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to both prospective Landlords and Tenants.

If you're looking for a letting agent that provides superb customer service, exceptional professional advice and a complete 'can do' attitude look no further than the Bretts. Would thoroughly recommend.

If only there were more people in the world like Andy and Sue! We have rented a flat in London from Brettsletts for the past 1-2 years and Brettsletts have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, they are honest, helpful, friendly and reliable and overall simply nice genuine people to deal with which is so refreshing from the usual renting experience. We would heartily recommend Brettsletts to anyone!
