We recently sold our lovely and much loved house through Flying Fish. We were first time sellers with realistic expectations. Bradley and Natalie were always very professional, hard-working and seriously pro-active on our behalf. We gained a valuable education in buying and selling houses by listening to them and working with them. They were really great fun to work with. We very much enjoyed all the jokes and we both felt we had reliable, dependable allies with useful connections. The photography was beautifully done and truly reflected the beauty of our family home. We did have a slight set-back and the response from Flying Fish was to reassure us we had a great house to sell and ramp up their efforts on our behalf. We always got prompt replies to all our emails and phone calls and we were all relaxed and confident as we awaited the end result which was a hassle free sale to a great couple for a fair price. We cannot recommend Natalie and Bradley at Flying Fish highly enough. We were shocked by the outstanding marketing brochure for our property which had potential buyers flocking in. We sold our home in less than a week at the top of the price range. Extremely professional, friendly and proactive. Just take a look on line at any of their properties they are marketing and compare the photos to other agents. No competition. If you are thinking of selling your property, do not go anywhere else! We tried to sell our unique Victorian property with a local estate agent. The agent advertised and tried to sell our house during two separate periods of several months each, all to no avail. After over nine frustrating months in total still with no buyer, we moved to Flying Fish. From the moment we met Bradley and Natalie it was a different world. The house was photographed and launched within a few days, we then had five viewings arranged and six days after the launch we had an offer of the full asking price (from the third viewing). Natalie and Bradley handled all the viewings, always briefed prospective buyers; so important and usually neglected by most agents. They also make sure they 'get to know the house' and can answer any queries etc at viewings. They gave immediate feedback to us and handled all the communication between us and all the various parties involved, from beginning to Exchange and then Completion. The Flying Fish Estate Agency is a real exemplar of how we wish all estate agents were - and SHOULD be. As well as totally professional and efficient, Natalie and Bradley had such a charming, engaging manner and a great sense of humour throughout it was like talking to friends. We cannot speak highly enough of the exemplary service we received, and they so often went the extra mile on several occasions to make sure everything was fine. We have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Flying Fish to anyone - we already have! Many thanks Bradley and Natalie we are very grateful to you for all the effort you made to give us such a speedy and successful sale!

Couldn't have asked for a better agent. Very professional and helpful, really made the selling process so easy for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exceptional service.
