I would not be surprised if this was a scam company. Many emails and many weeks no one gets back to you » at all ». Their phone line is inactive!  Emails bounce from one person to the other. No one takes care of your case. Do not use this company you will be extremely disappointed.

Utterly awful. Mishandled my personal claim case to such an extent that it took 12 months more than it should have to solve. Also gave me information that was categorically incorrect and refused to acknowledge their fundamental inability to communicate effectively (insisted on using phone calls when I specifically asked to have everything in writing, and then blaming me for not communicating when I wouldn't speak by phone). Agreed to part ways without charging me for the services they had already provided with no penalty which is an indictment of clear fault on their part in my opinion

Avoid this company at all cost. Been dealing with my mothers care home fees for over five years.There has been numerous people dealing with the case with very little communication had to constantly chase them to do their job. Then we had to have an appeal over the telephone despite asking them for help received no advice whatsoever. The service received in all aspects was totally unprofessional which I believe led to the claim being unsuccessful. I wish I had used a different company as I believe it would have been a more favourable outcome .True star rating should be ZERO .

Terrible service, would not use again. Overpriced and not even good at what they do! They won't get the result you're after.

Fantastic mortgage advice service - couldn't have asked for a better service. I recommend it to everyone who is looking to buy a property! Would definitely use the company again.
