For the love of God avoid this company like the plague! If you want your property sale to go smoothly and not be completed sometime next century ask any estate agents if they are using this company when they try and get you to use their solicitors - I think Peter alan do., and say I kind no thank you and use anyone else even an ape that knows sign language could complete quicker! Do not use!

Avoid at all costs! Even if their services were free! Absolutely atrocious firm. Had a protracted two year battle. The Ombudsman finally ordering them to pay compensation. It should be minus 5 stars....

An absolute waste of time, I've asked for a quote twice with no reply. These sharks don't care about normal people like you and I, who whats to get their mortgage sorted - simply avoid, waste of time.

If I could leave a minus star rating, I would! Avoid using this firm at all costs. I am a business owner myself and If I treated my clients / customers with the same utter incompetence that Griffith Ings have shown towards me, I simply wouldn't be in business for long. I'm now entering the fourth month following completion and they still refuse to return a £500 "retention fee" that they included in the fees deducted from me. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from me they still claim to be "chasing" it up and waiting for other people to confirm receipt of documents etc. This unacceptable customer service has forced me to contact the legal ombudsman to resolve.

I have been more than happy with the service I have received. I have had a tricky buy, but Griffiths Ings have been really helpful, anytime I have had a question or needed advice I can call or email anytime and always received a quick response, even if this was a non urgent query. Polite and friendly and they will give you good advice and options to think about and try their best to resolve any issues that may arise. I would recommend using Griffthths Ings if you are looking for a solicitor that is thorough and helpful, as a first time buyer this was all new for me and everything was explained really well from start to finish. Thank you for all your help.
