We were recommended Howells by our selling agent in Norfolk. We wondered how that would work being opposite sides of the country but Howells have been nothing short of fantastic!! We were allocated to the services of Chris Chan's team and everyone we dealt with in the team were friendly, professional, helpful and personable. Their communication and updates were efficient, timely and thorough. I must mention the lovely Ffion who took the time over the phone to assist me in completing a form I was struggling with. She was so patient, kind and helpful! Also, Georgie, who took time to answer other queries and give me updates. She was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. In addition to Leon and Katie who I also dealt with on other phone calls. The whole team was lovely and we cannot recommend Howells highly enough! They have definitely been the best solicitors we have used out of all of our previous 8 house moves. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Howells solicitors. They are easy accessible, great communication and quicky responding. They manage to finish my requirements on time regardless of the short time window I had. Well done and thank you very much.
Used them for our house move. Service was fine. Friendly and polite staff but slow overall and not particularly communicative compared to the seller’s solicitors. Felt like we had to chase updates all the time rather than being proactively notified of issues or requirements. I guess that’s a consequence of being a larger firm - such a large quantity of cases means you devote less time to each. However, with the fees a solicitor charges, you do expect a little better.
