Dreadful bank. Hope this is on the list to close. Could go into more detail but banking ombudsman now dealing with. They addmit they have made a mistake due to internal error . Plenty of other banks on church street. Do yourself a big favour and walk straight pass this one.

Absolutely awful customer support the staff are very unhelpful. I went on Saturday to bank some cash and they had no counter service. The lady who was working on the 26th of November 2016 was very unhelpful.

Poor, poor, poor service, no help at all! Gave a woman that sounded like she was in china my address details, full name and she still said she couldn't help me and gave me another number which she said I can ring but I would get no where!!!? All i wanted to do was to speak to the mortgage team about my mortgage. I will be moving my mortgage elsewhere now.

trying to get to our local bank in blackburn with darwen is imposable a on telephone after going to the 0870 or 0845 number ti wastes time telling if you want to save money dial a0345 or 0370 then all you get asking fore more numbers code then more numbers for date of birth then more numbers for your security password online banking (dont use) then cuts off . all i want to ask is to check something on my account with a PERSON not that in able to give a answer.So I dont have to go miles to ask and miles back since you removed our local branch that I used for 45 years. so why cannot there be a local branch phone number to call ??????perhaps that is to easy to let small savers to be considered .
