Bought some cigarettes paid the member of staff and got my change but no receipt on the way home realised I got the wrong brand the staff member admitted he didn't give a receipt but wouldn't change them without one despite being unopened and being on cctv paying for them .. I can't provide a receipt if i wasn't issued one in the first place

Just been accused of shoplifting in this shop!!! Man in track suit swearing and shouting at me! INSULTED HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED! Hope people see this! Be warned of this shop, owners can private message to give me apologies before further action! NOT FAIR
