Just been in there. A queue of 10. One chap behind the counter, while 2 young woman wandered around front of house try g to persuade people to use the automated machine. Not surprisingly bo one was interested. Here's a radical idea, when there is a chuffing big queue, Lloyds, have your staff actually go behind the desk and open up another bloody till.

Friendly staff, encouragement to use automated machines even for paying in cheques and cash. Maybe in the future there won't be any staff or more likely no more local branch.

Phone banking is useless don't go for it ,,,,staff won't be able to help you in any way
