Useless, incompetent job worths the lot of them. I’m moving back to NatWest. Waited 35 mins to be seen, even though I had an appointment!!! . Then I was told have I got the right day/time. They cancelled my appointment and made out I made a mistake. Liars. I received a text saying my appointment has been cancelled. If they didn’t want to see me then say so. I’m taking my business accounts/personal elsewhere.

Staff have been replaced by machines! There are no cashiers! Staff at other branches (the few that haven’t been closed) have said this would never happen. Well it has now. Other branches to follow I assume.

Shame they’re closing more branches. Have to travel to Blackburn from Darwen now, to deal with a load of machines or wait ages to see a person. Don’t think they’ve quite got it right (yet).

Big queues whenever I go, the useless machines half the time are out of order or don’t accept certain things. The only bank where there is a wait no matter what the time. Clerks stood there half the time don’t have a clue.

Absolutely dreadful, the lines are so long to wait in, I waited 45 mins to find out that the lady who was booking appointments went on her lunch and no one else was there to book my appointment! Would definitely recommend going to a different branch
