Every time I I go in to the bank the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help me nothing is to much trouble for them great service from everyone who works there
Spending more than an hour to transfer money and what you can do is wait. When I tried to deposit, the staff came and asked me to seat down and wait for the transfer service, cannot walk to the atm. So I need to queue one more time just to deposit? Funny enough
Takes 53 minutes wait on the line no answer and also on google it shows open when went there 2 days was close Glasgow branch
What a waste of time to pick up debit card which they ordered in the bank. Had to wait lot of time. They should provide it quickly with ID check.
