I had to fill out a really confusing and important international payment form which required the banks assistance to be completed. On my first visit I wasn't given much help, but on my second visit I was helped by a man called Josh who provided an excellent standard of service and care, taking his time to check through the form and verify that all the details were correct.
Absolutely useless customer service here; not surprised majority of Reviews scoring 1 Star only. The person I spoke with was as much help as an AI Chatbox.
Very bad bank. Open account they says they don't open accounts in Loughborough go to leicester branch
A member of staff argued with me, when he turned up without a COVID mask and told them that I had a medical exemption. The member of staff even tried to throw me out of the bank! I think giving these people one star is being generous.

I walked in to the teller both where I was the only costumer and two tellers have no costumers, I wanted to exchange dollars for pounds she refused to give me a quote because I don’t have an account with them. I had to argue back and forth to give me quote until I told her if I like the quote I will open a bank an account for my wife, which I was actively looking to open one after I exchange the currency because she just moved in and I need to open an account I just had make sure how they treat costumers their. Appalling level of customer service and care. Why are banks and their staff so totally uninterested in helping their customers? This branch used to be quiet good but rapidly losing and professionalism it once possessed. just awful
ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. We've been trying to close our account for months as hsbc have treated charities appallingly ie helping themselves to monthly charges with NO warning. We officially closed the account nearly 2 weeks ago yet they still hold half our money. If a higher power doesn't interact we may go under. It's all about greed. Forget phoning Customer Service because they employ cowboys
Had a good experience paying in some bank notes in from a recent birthday. The lady on the desk yesterday around 2pm was very helpful.
This place is great. Mr Richard Smith Business Specialist is such great asset to this organisation. We came all the way from London and Mr Richard Opened our Business Account with various kind of Services from HSBC. I am very impressed, great full n thankful to him.
