Best thing about the place is the casual atmosphere! I only tried the smoothie but it was a great place for a proper conversation. Will return for sure to try out the famous pies!
The service is uniquely terrible. The pies and decor are nice, but I had to wait 15 minutes for take-away and had someone scowl at me when they made a mistake. No apology, no sense that the customer might have something else to do.
Had the chicken and tarragon with a quinoa and feta salad - delicious way to accompany a pie in the summer!
DOG FRIENDLY Had a nice brunch in here today, the staff were really friendly and nice to the dogs and I. Would be 5 stars but pots of tea should be filled with water not have only one cups worth in them, and food was served on a chopping board - bringbackplates
Excellent English Breakfast and nice staff
Distinctly mediocre and trying too hard to be hip.
