I bout stuff online and revived it at home but we were staying nearby in a log cabin for a while so.... I brought the shoes that didn't fit with us and took it in to return them I only had an email for them to do the return but the bent over backwards to help and my return was complete.  Great work House of Fraser staff.

Traditional HoF - you can tell this store used to be a Binns. Their fragrances are now mainly supplied by The Fregrance Shop, which has brought with it lower prices (no department store mark ups!) All the usual big brands can be found here. No escalators in this store which I find very strange too, it’s lifts or stairs only to go between floors.

What a lovely lady on the estee lauder counter this morning. She completely took my make up off and re-did it to make sure i was happy with the colour foundations, Never has anyone gone to these lengths for me in the past for me and ive been buying estee lauder and clinique products for over 25 years . She made my day 😁

I still feel shocked after finding out the ladies in the white uniforms aren't health care professionals! After years of going there with various complaints I have recently been told none of them hold medical qualifications. This explains why I was prescribed a clinique gift set for my crippling depression. (In there defence it did work in the short term).
