Clothes are good, shame about the staff. Clearly closing at 9pm doesn’t mean you are providing a service up until 9pm. Closing the changing rooms at 8:30pm and then telling customers that you can’t try anything on and they will be closing 5 minutes early isn’t exactly what I would call good service. I was going to spend £150+ but I’ll take my money and custom elsewhere. Well done Lakeside
Liv and Sophie are an absolute credit to the store. They were both so helpful. They invested so much time into helping 3 of us find a dress each as well accessories. Having been in many shops already, can honestly say this was the best service received. They deserve to be rewarded

Me and my daughter come in the shop and had the worst experience ever. I will be talking to corporate and taking this further. staff was rude and organisation was a shambles. Will not ever be returning
Just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff are. Particularly Charlotte. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.
Rude staff. Refused to do a refund, because i didn't want to give my surname and post code. This data protection and i am not suppost to provide any of this info. Not just that ladie was very rude and unpleasant. I feels unwelcome. Both items in store they didn't asked any details bit to return fors me provide my personal details. On return policy on a till it doesn't say that i can't return things if i not providing personal info. Never go back again.
Went today to buy a dress with friend - the lady who served us was so rude wish I knew her name to complain about her! Awful customer service. Didn’t buy the dress in the end walk out ! Can’t stand people who make You feel like that when your out shopping

Poor customer service! Very rude manager! She refused to give me a refund for some trousers I just bought. To mention that I was in the two weeks refund policy they have so I was entitled to a refund. Do not recommend this shop.
I have bought two great dresses from Quiz for charity ball events, very good prices for pretty ball gowns. As in any store, you must look for damage and makeup, no surprises there. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money and a nice shoe and bag selection for accessories.
