I did not know their exchange policy was different from every high street store. Exchanges can usually be carried out without a receipt. Not in Zara. This was explained to me in a very rude fashion, when I responded that my husband had thrown the receipt away and this wasn’t my fault, the manager looked at me, raised her eye brows and shrugged her shoulders saying “well it’s not our fault or problem either”! I will not shop at the lakeside branch again. I’ve spent so much money there yet every time I am appalled by the customer service. After this I will not go back. I complained to the customer services number as soon as I left the store. I also suggest that is they demand a receipt for exchanges that they get with the times and email people their receipts. Then they will always have a record of their purchase, and their customers can feel trusted and be loyal.

I bought near £400 in boxing day at this shop .firstly one cashier put my clothes to the bag at that moment anorher cashier came put one bag under the till . I spoke to him 2 times.is it possible put my carrier bag above because you'll forget it . he said don't worry mom . He did not give me my bag yesterday I contacted to shop and i went There.The maneger gave me just 2item . She was very rude and such a shame .unbliveble it was Zara .she is so so many unpolite she told go out .when I told her why you give me 2 items if i lost 4 . She called the security to kick us out . My doughter cried and told mama this is not our fault.that was their fault 100percent.  Unbliveble this is Zara in London and unbliveble her was maneger in Zara just she have to go to primary school to paractis more and more friendly speaking and stop shouting .she shouted me in front of a long queue of and people were shocked .i am trebly sorry for Zara customer service . I payed money but I didn't get my trousers and dress i'm not happy

Shop floor was very unorganised with DUST everywhere!? The shoes were just scattered under clothing with dust piles on top - which put me off from buying any shoes. I then went to try on clothes in the fitting room to encounter balls of dust everywhere - I couldn't breath dust was flying everywhere. This is BELOW the standards of Zara - this store really needs to fix up as it is effecting the overall brand image of Zara.

Men section is smaller and is in a separate shop 2 doors down. So basically pay in woman shop for stuff then go to men's.

The clothes are value for money but this is the worse store for queuing' the store needs a refurb and more tills installed' the amount of times I myself and customers have put items back because of queuing and Saturdays and Sunday's are the worse ever...please sort out and your staff are not very helpful...
