House of Fraser High Wycombe

Went in to House of Fraser yesterday to buy 4/5 new suits with my mother and little sister. Due to a horrible employee there who works in the sunglasses department saying awful things about me we had a truly disgusting experience. The security were constantly watching us like we were criminals! Walking right past us as we are at the counter and watching literally every movement we made! My mother and sister were made to feel so uncomfortable that I couldn't watch anymore. Instead of buying 4/5 new suits I just picked up 1 that I thought was ok and said we are leaving. So they lost out on about £1800 - £2500! Dependant on suits! As we were at the counter we are being watched and passed by a security officer and then as we are leaving the security officer is following us and making sure we leave. The way my mother and sister were looked at and made to feel was absolutely disgusting! This is all caused by a woman that had previously assaulted me and was placed in the back of a riot van for doing so! The only positive I can say is about one individual called Ronnie. He worked in the suit department. He remembered me from when I purchased my winter suits and even remembered my measurements. He was exceptional and would of happily purchased multiple suits from him again. But even with his quality of service I couldn't watch my mother and sister be subjugated to such vile treatment. Not sure if we will go back to House of Fraser again. The woman that caused these issues also works in John Lewis yet there is never an issue when we are in there. So don't know why such a fuss has been created by her in House of Fraser yet not in John Lewis.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Lazy staff who do more chatting than work. No one willing to help you. How on earth can they expect to sell makeup when the girls have inches of makeup on their faces. Don’t bother complaining to House of Fraser, it will get you nowhere. Stick to good old John Lewis, don’t waste your time here.

High Wycombe Store - Early May Bank Holiday. Store not busy. Ladies shoes, Carvela section staff completly disinterested in serving.

Very good customer service at Westfield Shepherds Bush! Was served by a friendly and helpful lad named Stefan who put together a great outfit for a wedding!

Went in to collect an online order, took their staff 20-25 minutes to get someone to the counter to serve me. The girl who served me was really friendly and helpful though.
