Staff Always very unhelpful and seem as though cannot be bothered

This location is quite big.  It has a fair size section of the Learning Centre and clothing.  Staff are nice and helpful.

Takes them a long time to find Click&Collect items, there is usually a long queue, parent & child facilities are permanently Out of Order.  Some staff members are friendly but too many are unhelpful. The store seems quite empty at the back. They close by 5:30pm when the advertised time for closing is 6:00pm.

Terrible Customer Services alongside awful delivery service 
Waiting on a pram I bought on 25th, paid extra £5 for next day delivery (26th) and still haven't receive it yet (27th)😒

This shop is an absolute waste of space. It took 10 minutes just to find a staff member to help me despite visiting out of peak hours. Had a bra fitting and the lady clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing and kept telling me I was 3 different sizes as she was so confused. Then got pressurised into signing up for mailing lists that I really didn't want to be on, before finally buying some tights that ripped the first time I wore them.
