Evans Cycles

The service at Evans in Cardiff gets better the more you buy and the more regularly you visit the shop. It's not surprising then that some staff are now on full sit up and take notice alert mode when I show up. But it certainly has not always been that way. Recently, I've been haunting the place ahead of taking delivery of a new BMC Road Machine. At the Cardiff branch, the workshop staff are the best people to talk to if you have a technical query about any of their hardware. To a man, they have been polite and professional. To my mind they are the best salespeople the company has as their opinions are backed up by the hard evidence of having to work on the products they sell. If you are a new customer my advice is to always ask for help because if you waited for someone to approach you on the sales floor you would be waiting a very long time.

The staff are great at this Store are always really helpful and can’t do enough for you I got my last bike through the Cyclescheme with them and it was so easy I can’t Thank them enough

Great service from start to finish when buying a bike through Cyclescheme at work. Guys always helpful and friendly. Just took bike back for first service (plus a few spokes following a close encounter with the ground!), No problem and will get it sorted by the weekend. Would definitely recommend the Cardiff shop wholeheartedly. Nice one!

Just picked up my new Trek (well ex demo) the girl who served me was amazing and really helpful. I buy a bike from them every year and the pleasantness and friendly nature of the staff is amazing. she got me a bell, pedals and reflectors for nothing. Validated my parking too. Amazing shop see you again next year.

Very helpful polite and cheerful with hair the colour of candyfloss. Cool A/F. Good experience collecting my bike from great staff members. Reminded me of buying my first action man when I was 8.
