I was served by Ewan B yesterday who is an absolute credit to your store. He was so sincere and helped me find the right shoes for me. His customer service was second to none. So much so that this is the first review I've ever done and I'm in my 50s. Was nice meeting you Ewan.
Doesn’t seem to have as much choice as what they used to have and seems expensive in there. They could do with a lift as the children’s section is upstairs so push chairs and prams need to be left downstairs. Staff seemed friendly and helpful
Very bad customer service,we were served by one person ,we try the shoes ,then another person ask to tried shoes again .one person said we can have three month garranttee for swap shoes if get damaged in three month,but another person came said to us that we can not get garranttee. Feel being mess about.
Fantastic service from Ewan and the entire staff at the Solihull branch. I needed some top quality work shoes that were comfortable. Found the perfect loafer/moccasins. These style of suede shoes with great cushion, nice design, good quality are hard to come by. NHS discount 20%.....can't complain. Ewan was well spoken and went out of his way to help me out. Always worth investing in Clarks for top quality shoes for comfort.

I really recommend this shoe shop for little ones, I had a lovely assistant called Rachael, really helpful, she got the sizing & fit just right. I also purchased the leather kit to help the shoes last longer. I’m also grateful that this store is still offering the old shoe recycling scheme. Many Thanks to all the hard working staff in Clarks, considering it was busy you all did a great job.
Our visit for school shoes for my grandson on Saturday 20th January was very pleasant. The assistant Jaeden who served us was patient during the time my grandson took to choose some shoes. Jaeden took time to fit the shoes and he interacted with my grandson in an easy manner.
Popped into Clarks Solihull we were greated by a lovely pleasant young man Ewan. He couldn't have been more helpful and took time to make sure husband was happy with his purchase. My husband and Ewan had a great chat and a bit of banter. Such good service
I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Ewan while shopping for a new pair of shoes at Clarks. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile and I immediately felt comfortable discussing what I needed. Throughout the entire process, Ewan was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect pair of shoes for my husband. Thank you, Ewan, for making my shopping experience a positive one.
Her disappointed with the customer service at this store. I went in with my 3 children to get them measured my 3rd being a baby sleeping in the pram I was asked to leave him downstairs as the store doesn’t have a lift and they only measure children upstairs - I don’t think so! I was told the only option I have is to leave my baby downstairs and take the other 2 up to get measured. So I was denied the service. The store was very quite with 4 employees standing around doing nothing. All it would have taken is for them to bring the small measuring tool downstairs. But I guess they were too lazy to do so. So disappointed. You lost a customer!!
