Just had a very good experience in Clarks. Very friendly service even with all the restrictions in place. Would recommend going but I believe its best to book an appointment first. Thank you.
Strongly recommend that you book a shoe fitting appointment online for kids shoes. We did and it made life a lot easier!
Very good service when you book a kids fitting, very quick, knowledgeable staff. Shoes are quite expensive but fkr a toddler the fit is most important so stick with a brand you know and trust
The staff are helpful and welcoming. I am pleased because I've got my 20% discount as I have my nhs card. Happy for the shoes I bought.
Quality shoes, well made, but sizes are somewhat all over the place in terms of fit an industry issue so always visit the store to try on rather that pot luck by ordering blind on-line.

Went in on Saturday to get shoes for my kids. Served by lily who was very professional and sorted them both out. Very happy with her help and not rushed at all
