Honestly a great service! Needed a taxi from Little Aston to Birmingham city centre the other night for a night out with the lads, called Emma and within a few minutes the taxi arrived! Couldn't have asked for a quicker taxi service! Taxi driver was a great guy, very witty, one downside was that he kept checking his tinder profile whilst driving, but all in all a great taxi trip and will be returning to Hotline Cars for future taxi needs! Highly recommend these guys! Emma deserves a pay rise!

Rude taxi driver car was falling apart had no change and asked me to go to the shop...I was arriving at Good Hope hospital at 8am for an op so no! Has been calling me and texting ever since asking for money and he actually overcharged me! Really disappointed with hotline have been using them for years but will be using star next time!

Amazing service. I was in a hurry after car trouble and they got a taxi to me in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Hotline had recently seemed to be on the up. We had a couple of really good drivers. Then we ordered a taxi from a party and when it didn't show we phoned them and we were told the place we were waiting at didn't exist!! The driver then got really snotty on the phone, accused us of lying then turned up at the none existent venue fifteen minutes later! Then yesterday we ordered a taxi to a restaurant in Birmingham. The driver didn't know where it was so we provided him with a postcode. He then drove the wrong way and said he wouldn't be able to drop us outside the restaurant. This was a lie a main road ran straight past the restaurant he couldn't be bothered. Myself and my husband then had to walk another six minutes to the restaurant. We have given Hotline chance after chance but we will definitely not be using them again!!
