Wouldn’t’t even play a star but I have to. Taxi driving driving pk63xkf on the 29th April at 4am. Myself and my friend pre paid a taxi from brum to Walsall. The taxi got the address wrong which lead myself and my friend waiting outside the agreed place for 15mins. We asked the drive if we could take ya to McDonald’s due to the long wait ( we were outside on the pick time we agreed 3.30am) he said no when questioned even plus offering an additional £20 additional the taxi pulled over and hurled abuse at myself and my friend saying he would pull me out the taxi and beat me up. This was questioned once. I believe the cab is recorded which I hope you take a look back to see you have hired a criminal. No need for the language I received. Me and my friend had to tell the man a different address we were that scared. Don’t use this taxi service late at night.

Booked a taxi for last night...arrived on time and very pleasant driver. Booked a return journey at the end of our evening, driver was there within ten minutes....excellent service.

A great taxi company. Always seem to be the cheapest and most reliable. I always use this firm and most of the drivers are very friendly

Always late. I've run out of patience now. They keep you waiting for up to thirty minutes. If you can't honour the job, don't book it!!!! Shocking service and one seat I Sat on was soaked through with urine! Local Cars used to be amazing but since these two merged it's overcharging, always late and a base who, when you call them, keep saying "they're round the corner" when they are not. Avoid!!!!!

Weird experience tonight! There was music on the radio and when I asked him what it was he said he didn’t know. Trying to make conversation, the driver made it very difficult. It doesn’t sound much but when you’re in the passenger seat and you ask why we’re listening to a certain station and he says I don’t know........it all feels a bit odd! I won’t be using this taxi firm again.
