I have used central taxis for years I can honestly say it's the best in Walsall. You always get a fast reliable service and the taxis are clean and drivers are sound. Good fair rates too . and if you use them regularly you get your regular drivers

appalling called a taxi said driver will be there within 15 minutes no show called again taxi will be there in another 15 minutes i waited over an hour for it to arrive had no apology for the wait baring in mind i told them i had to fetch my kids which they then started to be rude instead of saying they had no drivers they made me wait i was late to get my kids discusting company wouldnt reccomend to anyone avoid at all costs

Waited 20 mins for taxi then tried to charge me more than the quote on the phone £3 more

I have used this company for the last 6 months after using every company in walsall and finally i have found a firm that is reliable,always on time , polite and very helpful and most of all the cheapest
