Wish I could give less stars - absolutely terrible and dangerous driving. Used them 3 times during our 1 night stay in Walsall for a wedding, and only ONCE did the drivers know where our destination was. Other 2 times we had to direct them ourselves using our phones. Completely ridiculous. The last driver was also driving very dangerously. Swerving from lane to lane, and kept very very close to the car in front of us, and got lost several times! On top of that we were charged £40 for the most unsafe taxi journey we've ever had, and he didn't even know where we were staying, despite us telling him several times, and directing him. When I called to complain, I was told the manager was unavailable, told a few platitudes and then was hung up on. DO NOT USE. ONLY CALL IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
