Absolutely shocking customer service
Ordered a taxi to be told 10 mins
Half hr later nothing to call and be told it had picked someone else up and phone operator said wouldn't send anyone one else out and hung up

Booked taxi in person in their office for 12 hours later (3.30 am). Taxi to catch coach in Walsall at 4am for hol costing £600.00. Failed to turn up and no reply on either of their phone numbers. My advice is never use these cowboys! Tried to complain and had phone thrown down on me. Saw the idiot write down my order in book. Think it was him who threw phone down. What a way to run a business. How do these people get a licence.

Not a great service.  Called for taxi which I was told would be there in a minute. 20 minutes and 2 phone calls later can turned up. Driver drove too fast.

Absolutely useless company with useless drivers!!! Never arrived. Very bad  communication. Not recommended!!!
