Tried to book a taxi at about half 4. There was no answer on the telephone. However within 5 minutes they were calling me back. Told them I needed a taxi back home at about 10.45 from my friends. They gave me a price which was good and agreed to pick me up. To be honest I wasn’t sure if they’d turn up after reading some of the reviews on Google. I need not have worried. The taxi turned up bang on time. The driver was pleasant, drove sensibly and charged me exactly what had been quoted earlier on. ABS will now be added to my phone book - cheers!

Great taxi firm - used them for local runs and for Airport runs to BHX and EMA when going away. Cannot fault them. Great drivers and great service/prices.

Brilliant taxi firm, always on time and the staff and drivers very friendly. Was going to Birmingham on Thursday but had to turn back due to snow, which couldn't be helped. The driver was cheerful and made us laugh in the way back.

As soon as I got in the car the Driver tried to charge me 5£ more than the base quoted, told him I pay this amount with other firms so it’s the going rate, and if he didn’t want to take me then that’s fine and I’d book another taxi, he said no but continued to chunter on, so I just put my earphones in, could visibly see him huffing and puffing the entire journey, which made me very uncomfortable! When we arrived at destination I gave him the money and thanked him and he literally threw my change at me without uttering a word! Rude, arrogant and unprofessional will never use them again!

My 75 year old mum booked a car from Aldridge to Sutton Coldfield. Driver turned up and appeared to have slumped on his horn due to how long he felt the need to beep it for to announce his arrival. She got in the car and the driver berated her for ataking too long to get in the car and b having the temerity to go to Sutton Coldfield when he only wanted a fare in Walsall. Then to top it off he charged nearly double what KMR cars had charged her to make the outbound journey. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use. Prices change depending on what the base feels like charging. Send drivers from other taxi firms who then charge extra.

Didn’t turn up to my airport booking, fumin

Driver turned up on time, good price. Downside driver was extremely rude and moody throught the journey he kept saying he was late for next pick up even overtaking another vehicle in the rush. Couldnt wait to get out of taxi.ServicesService not listed

Personally I wouldn't give them a star.  Booked two weeks prior to our holidays for a 3am collect. Phoned 24hrs before to confirm booking, they said "No problem we have your booking" even confirming the return date and time.  We arranged a Mini bus as there were 6 of us in our party.  I have never ever seen my husband so angry in my life.  3am, 3.05am, 3.10am and 3.15am no taxi.  Tried to call them several times no answer, mobile number on their customer card doesn't exit.  Just as well we didn't start celebrating the start of our holiday with a glass of Prosecco!! As we had to make an executive decision to drive to Birmingham Airport as check in was 4am.  We also had the stress to find parking which cost us on extra £128.00 on top of what would of cost £100.00.  What made me chuckle was on the day we arrived home our arrival time was 2.05pm  7pm they text us to say what is your Flight number.   Stay clear.

Quick to arrive after ordering, friendly driver, got to destination in good time.
