My partner and I stayed last night and it was definitely value for money! The bar and dining area looks very nice! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big enough. We had an issue where someone else was given our room key and accidentally came in but it was quickly resolved and we were gifted with 2 free breakfasts for the troubles and that more than made up for it. The food was magnificent! Will definitely be coming back some time in the near future!

The staff are so friendly here it puts other more expensive and higher rated hotels to shame. The 5 stars given are for the staff. I stay in this hotel weekly and always pleased with the customer service. The hotel could be doing with a bit of an upgrade in particular the bathrooms however it does have a pool and fitness centre that makeup for this. The staff are by far the best element of the hotel. Keep up the good work.

Clean modern hotel, mainly for families not within Walking distance of shopping. Rooms ok toilet cubicle separate from shower/bath. Good shower and TV quality. Small Gym and small pool hard to get access if more than 6 people in pool. Bed comfortable. Could be better but fine for price.

The staff are very polite. The facilities are good and the room was decent. It really depends how high your expectations are versus what you are paying and since the company paid I certainly wont be complaining based on my experience. There is no footpath though so if you are not driving walking can prove a little tedious crossing roads, etc.

Had a meeting here this week. Room was ok and they had provided skittles which was...different but not unwelcome. Lunch was nicely presented but lacked any real variety or substance. Room got very warm and had no AC. Had to open a window which then added quite loud traffic noise. Lobby was pleasant and staff seemed responsive.
