Great welcome, huge ground floor room no lift, so a definite advantage!, Flat screen TV and good TV. Would have been nice to have a mattress pad to make the bed a tad softer. Get rid of the cigarette butts littering the front entrance to up the curb appeal and Bob's your uncle.
