There are no words for how ridiculous this place is! I’ve had appointments cancelled by them when I have the confirmation on my phone You Can not get an appointment then when you do it’s not with who you asked for! I asked for the asthma nurse and had an appointment with a very aragont, inconsiderate nurse practitioner They don’t care about the well-being of their patients!

Used to be an amazing go surgery. Now it's atrocious! No appointments without a minimum 2 week wait and they never manage to keep a go for longer than a year before they leave again

Always been polite and professional and the doctors whom I have met so far have all actively listened and have actively tried to help. Also found the staff in the chemist next door to be polite and helpful.

Awful, awful .Receptionists think they are doctors now , I don't care what level of experience their knowledge is they are NOT doctors nor nurses . Rude and arrogant. You can never get an appointment within two weeks . Staff never smile . Doctors from who I have met are lovely though and nursing staff

Awful service ordered my repeat prescription as I do every 3 months Went to collect on day they told me it would be available for me to collect. No prescription ready they refused to give my my usual contraceptive pill as I was due my blood pressure checks. No phone call, no email or letter telling me to arrange this. I'm supposed to be telepathic no wonder so many unwanted pregnancies, also rude receptionist staff
