Terrible service. I went on to their Facebook page and messaged in order to book in a session for cupping and got an automated message with a phone number to text and book on instead. I messaged on the given phone number and confirmed everything via text. When I turned up for the appointment the lady said I had booked on the women's line. I told her that I wasn't aware there were 2 separate booking numbers and the automated message on FB only gave me one number and also when I was messaging via text I gave my full name, from that you would have known that I was a male. Anyway I re-booked again using correct number for the following week and this time specifically confirmed. I also messaged the day before to make sure appointment was still going ahead, which was confirmed to me. Anyway turned up today, the lady was there, I told her that I have an appointment, I waited 15 minutes, messaged the guy and also tried to ring him twice, no reply or answer. I asked the lady whats going on, her response 'I hope he knows, he's very hard to get hold off, good luck, he has an appointment at 11'. Wow, SHOCKING! There was no one there apart from me, my appointment was at 10.45 so not sure why he booked another person in at 11. The guys phone has one of the most unprofessional voicemail greeting messages, basically him coughing like an idiot before you can leave a message. I waited till about 11.10 and then left. It's now 2.30 and still no response to my message and my call hasn't been returned. I'd avoid especially for the men's side because looks like this guy just turns up when he can be bothered. The ladies side does look a little more professional judging by the other reviews and looks like the 2 people are running their own thing under the same buisness name maybe just using the same building for their cupping, thats just an observation, as the lady didn't know much about the guys whereabouts.
Come on bro. Your service was great some years ago , now communication is poor and it's just overall not what it used to be .
On one visit waited in waiting room for over half an hour despite already having booked an appointment. Booked an appointment on a different occasion for the evening. Arrived to find the place closed. Text messages to prove. On another occasion the brother 'slashed' rather than make gentle incisions. Other hijama therapists I saw after said this man did a bad job. Small cups used, when asked I was told that there are no bigger cups however on the way out saw big cups in a box. Unprofessional and bad customer service. I have had Hijama done at least 6 times from various places, and this one was the worst experience. My advice is pay a bit more and get proper healing!!! Plenty of better qualified Hijama therapists in Rochdale, Oldham and Bury.
I messaged these guys about getting Hijama done and was was sent a message back with dates given. So chose a date and time and then given confirmation on booking.Arrived at clinic which was a house painted to be used as clinic. Sat in waiting area and then called in not even by my name. All I was asked was how many cups I wanted and reason for Hijama. NO Questionnaires, no questions about health or cups, no information on it what so ever, anyway had cups placed and then when time finished told not to have a bath for 24 hours and that was it. Nothing discussed about the blood from cups, I expected to be seated down and talk about it and future hijama etc but the guy was not interested all he wanted was the next person to come in, and more like a number game than being professional and looking after health and wellness of customers. I didn't find these guys to be professional what so ever, more like they was bothered how many people they can squeeze in a day. You expect some info to be given after the hijama and have a discussion about it. All I would like to say was I didn't find the experience professional at all and will not be going there again.
I had hijama done, personally the experience was very good. It was a comfortable and a welcoming atmosphere. I was informed in detail of the process and what healing benefits it will give. I would highly recommend hijama to everyone with or without any health problems, as it is sunnah and a way of cleansing the body.

Absolutely amazing service provided,, very clean and hygienic clinic. The lady performing the hijama is very professional and caring,, Amazing pre and post health checks and aftercare advice always given each time I visit,, I cannot recommend this place enough you wont be disappointed, Thankyou so much for always making it a pleasure visiting for hijama
Recommend everyone to try wet cupping. I have been coming here for a while now. Originally came to draw bad blood out of an old back injury. Now i come regular because after a session i feel so much healthier.
Highly recommend this place, friendly and clean environment. I feel so refreshed and light after a session of Hijama totally addicted.
