I wish I could give it 0 star never any appinments and always bad attitude staff especially when someone has sever depression. Never get the same doctor always a locum. No wonder nhs is under pressure, doctors just say no appointments ring 111. It's an absolute joke.
Never posible to get an appointment, absolutely shamefull service. Shame shame shame
Absolutely disgusting you can never make an appointment and the receptionist are so rude you might as well not have a GP
One star is too much for then Complete neglect and indifference. I have been waiting for a disability request for four months. There is no official to talk to him
Very difficult to get an appointment. I call 20+ times but it says “we are very busy can not take your call” and throws me out. If luckily I come through the receptionist is rude and tries not to give any appointment, She decides herself that I don’t need the doctor. I will change the GP asap. The manager is never available to talk, does not respond to emails.
They never receive call on reception. Whenever I called them either morning, afternoon or evening, they don't receive as our time is useless and their time is very important. So sad
Absolutely ridiculous! Ringing in since 8am, they pick up and say no appointments available. The receptionist then gives a 24 hour GP number who don’t answer as well. Ring back and the receptionist is rude, she responds with we’re busy they must be busy carry on trying.
Extremely bad service been calling for 3 days to take an appointment But no body is answering any calls.
they have changed the receptionist and they're even worse than the old ones I've been on hold for 34 mins so far I am angry they're very un organised and don't know what the hell they're doing. I would give it no stars if I could... so angry Ive just had another call that I'm not happy about why does the receptionist feel the need to be right and give her opinion keyword opinion I didn't ask for I have requested something from the docter that doesn't concern you just pass the message on you don't need to start arguing with me
Worst surgery, call20+ times for appointment if connected a rude receptionist interview more than a doctor and avoid to give an appointment. The manager is never available to talk. I am changing surgery for my whole family
