This surgery is so underrated.o e of the best receptionists so kind and well spoken.doctors are never in a rush especially on phone appointments.i personally think some patients are damn right rude and expect receptionists to make magic.it does not work like that. Please keep up the good work I am moving homes and wish you all the best.
No experience of the doctors but the receptionist, Nicola, was extremely considerate and helpful and did her utmost to enable me to get a telephone appointment with a doctor. Nicola’s colleague was also very helpful. Thank you very much ladies! Kathleen Little
Had ultrasound told results would be available in 1 week. I rang 1 week later told doctor had not looked at them yet ring back in 2 days. Then told doctor has gone off sick ring back Monday another doctor will look at them. Rang on the Monday then told doctor has still not looked at them we don't know when he will. you can make an appointment to see him and he will look at them then we have an appointment in 4 weeks time. Absolute joke.
Reception staff are disgusting. Call up many times to be told their so busy today I decided to go in and ask for complaint forms and guess what place is EMPTY and I got an appointment! Apparently they have no complaints forms so if the owner could please respond ASAP with the correct email address to put in the complaint would help as this has been ongoing for months. Waiting 4 weeks for blood results and months.
If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely terrible surgery. Took my daughter in to get checked due to vomiting and they told us that we had to take her A+E due to having a burst appendix, hospital seen her and she just had a stomach bug , that is the kind of doctoring that goes on in the surgery. I don’t know how they passed their medicine exams !
Terrible customer service.. I broke my forearm a 3 weeks ago and at the hospital says you must consult later treatment with your GP for checking the forearm recover progress so I call them to make a appointment next day after hospital calling at 8am took me a 50 min until someone picked the phone and trying to make appointment for a 3-4 weeks further but they says " we not accepted appointment that further you need call us a week before " so I done that and the result NO APPOINTMENT UNTIL MIDLE OF MARCH.. 6-7 years registered at that medical center and never be there because never get appointments
Been my doctors over 45 years amazing service reception are the best just think what our nhs is going threw and you understand sometimes you wait for an answer but always try to do there brst
Absolutely disgusting treatment if u get any at all the staff have no manners what so ever am taking them to court for medical neglecte at its highest level thay couldn't run a bath never mind a surgery
Pathetic. Its impossible to get an appointment with a doctor even for an emergency. Why do you even take new customers if you are that busy? Do yourself a favour sign up somewhere else
Horrible rude obstructive ignorant and unprofessional that is my view of the receptionist I spoke to this am!! I have worked for the nhs for over 20 years and have never ever spoken to a patient the way she spoke today!! Would not listen had a cocky attitude from the start and refused to listen - she then terminated the call!!! Horrible
