"Hopton Holiday Park in Hopton, Norfolk is a lovely, landscaped park where you can easily relax or turn the energy dial and try lots of new things. Pop to the sandy beach straight from the park or have a go at an activity. Kids will love bouncing, sliding and climbing in the new Inflatable Arena, and for 2023 there’ll be more space to let of steam in the indoor pool as we’re adding a roof to the existing outdoor pool for more all-year round swimming; both new additions will be coming to the park in the spring, subject to final plans. You’ll be within walking distance of Gorleston, and just a short drive to the seaside town of Great Yarmouth with its iconic pier."

Fantastic weekend away.. Lovely clean park, staff very friendly. The park had a lovely friendly feeling to it. The park itself is also in a good location. We had a lovely caravan silver grade in a lovely part of the park near the golf course and lake. The on-site restaurant was reasonably priced and the food wasn't too bad. We never waited long for our food to arrive. Our 7 year old daughter enjoyed the night entertainment seaside squad. The swimming pool was also a big hit with everyone. Would definitely recommend. This was our first visit to Hopton and loved it. We use Haven on a regular basis and this is definitely one of the best parks we have stayed at. We only wish we had a little longer on site. We will definitely return.....
First time staying at this Haven Park. Park is very big but there are lots of things to do activities wise if you can get booked onto them. Although we didn't get on as many as we wanted we still ended up doing plenty to keep us busy and entertained.. from out caravan we were a couple minutes walk down onto the beach which was well kept and spent a few days playing there and also a wee walk along at night watching the water.
Haven't tried this havens before and got it at a bargain price as it was early season. The caravan was huge, nicely presented with large TV and everything you could want. The site is has all the usual amenities. Indoor and out door swimming pools , entertainment , amusements and dining. I felt the evening entertainment could of been a bit more varied though.
Absolutely fantastic place. Loved every min. We just got back from a 3 nights holiday. Right on the beach, indoor swimming pool, entertainment, very clean chalet and site. Superb! Definitely will be back!
We absolutely loved our holiday here. We often visit haven sites, this was the first time we have visited Hopton. From start to finish the experience was excellent. The site was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, the caravan was spotless and had everything we needed and the beach was just gorgeous !! We didn't want to leave. We paid £49 for a midweek break monday-friday that was for a family of 4 sleeping in a 2 bed basic caravan. The caravan was small but had enough space for us for the 5 days. It looked brand new, we had parking next to the caravan as well as a patio area no outside seating, but you could easily bring some camp chairs with you We cooked in the caravan every night for 6 people as we went with grandparents who stayed in another caravan there was plenty of space for us all to sit around the table and enjoy our meal. The caravan was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a small freezer inside the fridge. We used the shop on site some items are marked up slightly higher, but lots of similar prices to other retailers we managed to get everything we needed in the shop, including an excellent selection of dairy free and gluten free food and snacks !! We didn't use the facilities such as pool and club house because we only paid for a haven hideaway holiday. The facilities all looked amazing though. We will definitely be visiting Hopton on sea again !!
i had a four night break early November 2022 and was upgraded on arrival to a gold caravan. This was a pleasant surprise and the accommodation and facilities were first rate. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was most enjoyable. I can thoroughly recommend this site to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and memorable break.
We had such a wonderful time, the staff were the friendliest we've ever known. From the moment we got in our caravan we had, had a free upgrade which was great and then on our last day they went above and beyond letting our little girl make a Teddy bear when there wasn't even a session on. The two girls who helped her were lovely and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope to see them a next year. Thank you!
My first experience living in a caravan and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hopton! There is alot of things to do inside the village! The beach is lovely! We stayed in the Gold Caravan in Mentmore, it was a quiet area and will be back another time!
In mid April 2022 , went here with the family ... aka the grief and headache in my life. As if that wasnt enough we took the dog with us no not the mother in law. Nice gold caravan overpriced to say the least but a nice caravan. Lots of chavvy kids and people sneaking in without entertainment passes. Not really worth the money but had an ok time. Food was really expensive over £100.00 for a family of 4. Would I go again ? No. I also would like to add that when we got in the room the whole welcome pack had been stolen, clearly by another family who didn't want to pay for passes, key was also gone. Major headache to start off with.
Great holiday park to enjoy with your family and friends. We had good fun and highly recommend for seaside holiday. Great hospitality, great customer service team and great food
