Great friendly, clean park. Really warm indoor AND outdoor pools with heated changing rooms! The evening entertainment is varied and 1st class - I haven't seen a poor act yet. The staff are great and as its a small park you don't get the rowdiness of larger complexes. I highly recommend Cherry Tree especially if you have young children

Compact, fairly quiet site situated close to Great Yarmouth and ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. On site prices suffer from the usual mark up for holiday parks. My biggest criticism of this, and most, holiday parks is the complete failure to reflect the local area, it would be great to see local beers on tap and local food on the menu. Holiday parks should really see it as their duty to promote the local area (which would also encourage repeat custom). However, having said that, if you have visited a Parkdean site before,  you know exactly what to expect.

A lovely Holiday Park resort. The static caravan homes are kept very clean and have all mod cons. The main center has an excellent bar/restaurant and club house, along with swimming pool, crazy golf, arcades and tennis courts.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The caravan was clean and we enjoyed the facilities. Was particularly impressed with the temperature of the swimming pool. Close to great yarmouth. An excellent mini break.

We booked a family weekend away and was looking forward to it for weeks got here on the Friday night just in time for dinner went into the restaurant I had the belly pork and wife had hunters chicken these 2 meals and 2 comes cost just under 30 pound the good come out quickly it was cold and tasted old and reheated the hunters chicken was solid couldn't even cut with a knife there was 4 meals ordered all together not one was eaten we told the other people in party not to bother wasting there money the club was ok but again rip off prices the best thing was the cabaret the vans are nice and clean but even though we upgraded to have heating it was not great and the van still felt cold for our next family break we will go elsewhere I gave you one star but your good served doesn't even deserve that it was cold
