Brilliant holiday destination, very clean, parking outside allocated holiday home and wonderful staff (all staff very friendly and helpful, with a genuine and welcoming atmosphere to offer their customers). The entertainment area is great, the only park where we have easily found a table and seating every night of the holiday. The pool was nice and warm with a very clean and present reception / pool hall. Have never been to Breydon Water before, but will definitely be looking at returning sometime very soon in the near future. Can I also state that we also found people and activity centres visited all to be very pleasant and fun. Five Stars generally earned. Thanks

Lovely clean site, caravan warm, clean and very well equipped.  We stayed at Burgh Village.  Shop and swimming pool and gym on this site.  A 5 min drive to yare village for the amusements, and bar/restaurant.  The staff were very helpful and friendly.  The only site shop is the best one I have ever seen on a caravan site.  It had so much groceries and some holiday trinkets, Keri who ran it couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.  Parkdean resorts thank you for a lovely holiday, one of your best sites we have been to.

Breydon Water holiday park is lovely. The caravan is  the nicest we have been in. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. The only downfall is the shop doesnt stock much grocerys so you would have to go further a field

This is budget accommodation that are a five minute drive from the sandy beaches at Great Yarmouth.. The big brands like Tesco and Asda are close by therefore shopping for your self catering holiday isn't easy. The caravan was clean and tidy with TV and kitchen area..

Our first visit and would highly recommend - great facilities, wicked caravan, good pubs nearby (not the Queen's Head) & friendly/helpful staff
