A stunning park to walk around and see some lovely flower displays. Very well kept and maintained, with plenty of resting places for people who wish to stop more frequently. A little cafe is also perfect for food and drink. With crazy golf also on offer. Always a place worth visiting when up in Keswick!
Fantastic park, was like stepping back in time. Loads to do & extremely well kept. Lovely cafe that even had some games to play.
Lovely big park. Played crazy golf the lake was beautiful. U could also go out in the boats. Amazing park

Such beautiful gardens, very well maintained with some beautiful plants.
This is a great town park. We walked through after the underpass on the way to Derwent Water, very well laid out and obviously well cared for by a gardening team. We played pitch and put, been playing here for years on rest days after long walks. There is also an interesting crazy golf and a putting round. The little cafe next to the park is also excellent.
Lovely park to walk through or spend some time in. We went to see the Max miracle dog statue. It was great to see to. Inspirational dog he was.
A very popular place to visit in Keswick by every person and their dogs! It is a beautiful setting with a nice grassy area for picnicking leading down to the shores of Derwent Water. Part of the park also incorporates a garden to enjoy with crazy golf, putting green, pitch and putt and radio controlled model boats. There is a small cafe kiosk and plenty of benches to sit on and watch the world go by, including the brave paddle boarders and swimmers. On nice days in high season it can get extremely busy. There is a vast Pay and Display lakeside car park near by to accommodate the many visitors but on busy days you may be a while seeking out a parking spot. Once parked though you can also enjoy strolling into Keswick town centre, the lakeside theatre, walking, and other areas of the Lake including hiring a rowing boat or self drive motor boat. There are also regular organised boat trips available. Well worth a visit! The only reason I have deducted a star is that it can be a bit too commercialised for some and it costs 50p to go to the loo! All that said the idyllic location is set against the magnificent lake and mountains. No wonder it is popular! We have visited every time we have been to the lakes at different times of the year. It is much quieter out of season.
Really enjoyed the pitch and put. Lovely set up for a game.
