I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at your store yesterday. Due to my work schedule, I arrived 20 minutes before closing to grab some plants and intend to pick it as quickly as possible. Despite this, I encountered extremely poor treatment from one of your staff members.nnWhile I was selecting my plants, the staff member began spraying the trees right where I was standing. He appeared to be unhappy with my presence so close to closing time. I do not know what spray was used, but shortly after returning home, I felt dizzy and experienced significant discomfort in my nose because I'm allergic to chemicals. This incident raises serious health and safety concerns.nnI understand that arriving near closing time can be inconvenient for staff, but this does not justify such behavior. Spraying chemicals near customers, especially without any warning, is both unprofessional and hazardous. The staff member's attitude and actions were unacceptable and have left me feeling unwell and deeply concerned about customer safety at your store.nnI hope you will take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is crucial to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all customers.

1st time using these for paint stock, but was actually good in here.. had to get farrow and ball and they stock plenty of colours of this. Staff friendly. Have deals on premium paints. Buy1 get one half price at moment.

Big and spacious with plenty of parking. Large plant section outside but strange mix of plants.nOddly a fair amount of Farrow and Ball paint reduced in telhe paint aisle.nFriendly staff

Manager Andrew was massively rude when assisting with a complaint. Even before a word a left my mouth he was massively defensive, Worst customer experience I have ever had. Put all the blame on the customer and did not want to take any ownership of a serious complaint. Even though the information given to was inaccurate. This wasn't the main reason I was upset it was the manner of how he was speaking down to me and how disrespectful he was being. Andrew didn't want to provide me with any solution. He at one point said I can email customer services but they will tell you to go back to store and the store will not do anything, it almost seemed he was happy to waste my time. I will go out of my way to never use this store again even it means traveling much further out.

Love the store! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Always happy to help. The new kitchen ranges are beautiful!! So stunning, great quality and great prices. Thank you
