Very disappointed with the service I received in store this week. Usually the assistants in Laura Ashley go out of their way to help, but the assistant today was very unkind, reluctant to help in any way and made me feel very uncomfortable which is why I did not feel able to make a complaint immediately.

Love this shop. The ladies who work their are very helpful and always happy to give advice if it's in clothing or housewares it's a pleasure to go in and spend money . Thank you 😊

Whilst I admit we owe the money, my wife and I have been plagued with automatic calls for some days requesting the FIVE POUNDS we owe!!!!!!!!!
We have paid this bill now, cheque went off yesterday morning, first class.

Today, so far, we have had TWO more calls from Laura Ashley.

(to put this in context - we are waiting for our Laura Ashley settee to be REPLACED as the original item was received DAMAGED)

I believe this daily calling for such a small amount is far beyond normal customer after sales service!!!!!  All you have done is upset and annoy both my wife and myself, we will think twice before recommending your company to friends in the future.
