I visited Home Base this morning Saturday 28th April, two staff greeting visitors with a lovely good morning, no staff on the tills, the only staff available were two staff on the collection and general enquiries desk to deal with all customers. Whats the point of having people greeting you when there are no staff on the tills

Despite advertising on-line that there was a special offer on the Karcher K4 pressure washer and finding a 'dummy' box in store that instructed me to take it to the till to pay and collect the product, I was then told there were none in stock....not in Staines or in any other branch in the whole of the UK. So they are advertising something they can't actually sell. This is typical of Homebase who surprise surprise did have a whole stack of the cheaper K2 model which they were offering for £40 more than the K4 price. I won't be shopping there again. They don't sell anything you can't get cheaper on-line....and when they do it is conveniently out of stock!!!!

There is a toilet in this store. Very handy.

Very few staff present, waited 20 minutes for help, yet something they said was in stock, could not be found. Stock is poor poor customer experience
