Nicely presented store with friendly staff. Good prices with a wide range of products. The absolute icing on the cake is that it’s dog friendly which is fantastic, love it!
The staff were helpful some more than others. Most are knowledgeable on the items .Great store in terms of products ,pretty much everything you would need. And if they don't have in store you can get ordered in . Return policy is 30 days, and refunds via credit card are only 48 hours .There is free parking and staff even help bring big products to your vehicle .
12 pounds for the delivery and they won’t even bring it to your doorstep. I’m a single mom living on the fourth floor and the delivery guy refused even to help me carry it, he didn’t even wait for me to come downstairs, just drove away leaving me with a huge osb board. I wouldn’t be able to get it to my flat without my neighbours help.
Should be less than 1. Usually 1 person on till, no trolleys or in 99% something wrong with it, everything overpriced a lot.
The place is a joke. Staff wander around doing nothing. One checkout and 20 min wait min. No urgency. Take returns on sales til. Just a joke
