I have used wickes over 30 year. Stopped because alarm went of as I left with a £4.50.gutter brackets that was replaced as faulty. Security very rude and on request Manger called. He was also rude and no apology. All he has to say it was protocol. Manager Paul. The complete been going on since Oct 25. Customer service are terrible. Not interested in keeping a long term customer happy. Still chasing them. I always get on well with the lovely Black lady on the till. Worked there for year.
The staff were helpful some more than others. Most are knowledgeable on the items .Great store in terms of products ,pretty much everything you would need. And if they don't have in store you can get ordered in . Return policy is 30 days, and refunds via credit card are only 48 hours .There is free parking and staff even help bring big products to your vehicle .
Waited ages for our kitchen design appointment. No apology for the delay. Rude staff who put us off from going ahead with Wickes so we’ve now agreed with Wren Kitchens. Much more professional and polite at Wren.
I ordered for click & collect. It was ready within an hour. They have a good, varied stock.nTheir kitchens are lovely.nBest thing for me you can pay with Klarna & clearpay.
I bought the wrong tap and wanted change it for a bigger size. I lost my receipt. I showed my bank transaction worth £500 with WICKES and my wickes account to prove I got the tap from them. The tap is originally wickes brand. They had refused to swap and staff was rude. Not very happy. Wouldn’t recommend.
