Terrible. Every time I went there for a simple puncture repair apparently 2 hrs wait. !! Didn't want to do it. Went somewhere else in the end.

Brought the car for MOT, they swaped the bulbs from aftermarkaft to cheapest basic bulbs without notice. When came back to resolve the issue and request the old bulbs back, I was told that I am unthankful customer and It would have been a MOT failure, when other garages never had an issue. The reason for not returning my originally fitted part was that they threw it away. Don't want to speak in general about KwikFit but Waltham Cross garage has very rude staff and it's unacceptable to remove parts from the car without giving a notice to the customer. How do I know that nothing else was swaped in the car?

This is the second time I have came away very angry from the staff at this place. And unlike the previous feedback they didn't do anything to help me and my mobility problems they seem to put other cars in before you and you have been there longer Internet customers apparently. Well that's what we were told by the staff I promise I won't return
