The whole complex has a huge carpark.nLarge clean store that is well laid out.nGreat choice of products including clothing, household and food products.nA few clearance shelves too.nThe staff were wonderful as they let my son, with a medical condition, use the bathroom he has a medical card.nHowever there were only two staff members on the till and quite a queue. After waiting sometime we decided to leave without our shopping.
Can find the odd decent item in here, but it is like a jumble sale or pot luck going through the racks. Nice convenient location with a decent sized free car park. Not really somewhere to come if you have a particular item of clothing set in your mind that you want.

I visit this store frequently, and I must say, every time I walk through the doors, I’m greeted with a warm smile from Tina, the friendly blonde in loss prevention. Her cheerful demeanor always makes my shopping experience a little brighter!
Althoigh I have not visited this branch since Covid, it was a disappointment. There does not seem to be order in the layout of home furnishings. The items appear to be randomly placed. The store is less organized compared to M6 Jct 9, Cannock. Tamworth, and Sutton Coldfield branches.
