Had a lovely one-night stay here in late July after a very wet cycle across the border from Cumbria that day. Had a warm welcome, safe storage of the bike, and the owners were more than happy to dry my shoes out for me!

Though quite remote, it has a convenient location near to the motorway, but far enough that it is still quite quiet. The owners were happy to provide supper by prior arrangement, and both supper and breakfast the following morning were delicious.

They also have three dogs, two cats and a number of chickens, so a good place for animal lovers!

Very friendly and homely nothing is too much trouble can recommend this b&b enough

Stayed there a few years ago. Great hospitality, good comfotable rooms and superb breakfast
