Just had a superb overnight stay at the Limrtree guest house. Received a warm welcome from Catherine and was very impressed by the beautiful tastefully decorated room which we were allocated. Experienced a tasty full Scottish breakfast in the morning so all was good except that we were only there for one night. Sure to revisit and would certainly recommend. Thanks again for your warm hospitality.

Immaculate, friendly and restful B&B right in the heart of Moffat. Katherine and Derek's years of B&B experience shine through, yet they still keep the premises and service fresh. Definitely a place to revisit.

Great B&B close to the main high street. Very clean en suite room, comfortable bed. Good Scottish cooked breakfast. Katherine our host welcoming and helpful with local information. If visiting Moffat would stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely lovely. A gorgeous room, very comfortable bed, lots of hot water and fantastic breakfasts. We were touring on a motorbike and they have a secure, large locked garage for bikes. Derek & Katherine were really lovely people and looked after us beautifully. We'll definitely be staying again on our next tour which will hopefully be very soon!
