Brilliant rooms, with spacious bathrooms, seating area and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Also liked the Quality Streets. The fridge had water and coke in too. The staff were first class, friendly and very helpful. I've stayed in places as good as this but nowhere better, especially given the price. TY to all who made our stay so enjoyable.

An excellent B&B hotel; our over night en suite room was clean, well appointed and we were text when the room was ready early for us to use in preparation for a wedding. Also had a small kitchen with complimentary food and drink snacks. Good breakfast choice. Lovely polite service from staff. All round great value...and the bar had no TV...a true pub experience. Enjoy.

Warmest of welcomes, wonderful accommodation and fantastic food. If you get the chance to stay at the Balmoral Hotel in Moffat....do! Its a gem of a hotel in a beautiful area. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic service, a lovely comfortable room with all the facilities and plenty of nice extra touches. A lovely hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. All in all a great place to stay with wonderful staff.
