Managed to get an appointment quickly even though there was a long line, receptionists were friendly the Dr who saw me was very caring and helpful, nurse who took my blood was a good laugh!

I have always managed to get an appointment very promptly. Often on the same day. The centre is clean and never over crowded and the doctors and nurses are very personable.  It would be great if open Saturday mornings to collect prescriptions but other than that it's an excellent medical centre. Well done!

Very rude receptionist! Very hard to see a doctor, and the doctor i saw was very rude and just looked extremely tired   ! Really bad surgery,  very sad as been here years and only recently its become so bad

Have been trying on and off to make an appointment for over 4 months now. The only offer I have had is for the "drop in" emergency clinic and I have to wait from 3pm! I am working full time and a carer so this is not an option (I registered as a carer at their surgery 5 years ago). They can barely deal with the patients they have, so do not register. I am now looking to change doctors which is a shame as I have used them for 20+ years and the service used to be excellent. It's only since they moved to this building it has deteriorated badly. Agree that the reception staff are rude and surly.
