I am unable to support my 14 year old nephew whom I have legal guardianship to as the service has refused to give me any brief on the care that he is getting. The service has continued to lie to me that they will send our GP  and I a letter informing us of the care that they are giving the boy.

This service does not respect father's rights and could well be involved in subjecting children to Spycological and emotional abuse  by reinforcing gaslighting and manipulating albeit knowingly or unknowing. It does not reponse to father's request for information even when the father has parental responsibility PR. They rely on Social Services say so even when Social Services has been found to be acting in contravention of the court order. In my view and personal experience they do more harm than good. Sadly the lowest rating is 1 start and that is generous.

Wasn't too impressed with this service AT ALL! Was sent here in under a crisis mental health situation a couple of years ago and then they discharged me ONE month into my therapy. I then had to wait another 3 months to go to another service. In that time my issues got much worse. Although I did find some of the counsellors helpful.
