One of the best services around, the staff are very helpful and professional from start to finish this is the reason I travel a long way and not moved services. Caroline one of the team members who takes the blood is amazing you really couldn't ask for more. Great work team!
I must admit I was scared about the whole experience initially when I first visited this clinic. Never the less over the months and months I have been part of it I could never asked for more. they have helped me in every posible way and not only the blood test are easy and promptly texted back my results giving me peace of mind every time. The attention over the phone is always so easy and helpful too, they update u if ur appointment gets changed or they do if you cant attend to an already programmed one. They even changed how my name appeared on my file as I had a preferred shorter name rather than a terrible long one. Trust me I never seen this king of service on a NHS or any government facility. they do care for you and it shows it. I would not like to change my Buryfields clinic to go else where ever. Also they give u a lot of advice, referrals and even kept in contact when I was having some mental health issues/depression while home alone, thanks to them I am ok and willing to live longer. and that wasn't their job really. but, I didn't feel like contacting the organisations they asked me as I wasn't in the state to do so. but they kept insisting and they followed my situation closely until i recovered!. xx I Have to give special thanks to Kelly and Caroline they made me feel I could contact them no matter what anytime and I really appreciate that! on a moment that no one seemed to care, they did! I also recall Hellen she was a great support for me and lastly my DR. Bennet she is so professional and hands on action. I want to thank her as she believed in me when my issues were not resolved elsewhere. so, I think the current team is absolutely wonderful and cant thank them enough... I am trying to leave a thank you note as they do deserve appraisals! so here it is for everyone to read. Love. x. B/R.
Very nice friendly staff from Kelly from reception to Dr. Allison , Hanna the nurse. I been to the clinic today for a coil removal I have a great service, professional support and advice. I would highly recommend this clinic.10 out of 10
Really positive experience at Buryfields clinic. I was seen by Emily, Tony and Caroline who were all warm and friendly. So refreshing to encounter such sex positive staff, a real credit to the clinic :
What a wonderful staff at this surgery, from the bubbly receptionist, to Carolyn, the healthcare worker, to the no non-sense doctor of Indian descent who conducted an intimate procedure with the utmost care and professionalism. Thank you very much!

The phone times are wrong and open only a few hours a day, making it very hard to contact anyone, appointments can take weeks to be made, I arrived 13 minutes late to an appointment today when the cutoff time is 10. They refused to see me after I had waited over a week and needed the appointment quite urgently. I am disappointed as I’ve heard many others have these problems at Buryfields, with the consultant avoiding seeing people wherever possible. I would definitely suggest visiting Woking or london clinics over this one, even if further away as this process shouldn’t be this difficult.

Does this place have an email? I tried to phone several times this morning but the phone ended instantly as if their phones were off and I was unable to leave a voicemail too?
Staff were really kind and treated my situation with utmost care and sensitivity. Would recommend this place to friends for advice for any sexual health concerns.
