Nice clean car park. Little gift shop at the top. It is expensive, it’s more expensive than the Cobb car park which is next to the harbour. However there are spaces for larger vehicles and vans in this car park. £7.50 for 4 hours. It is at the top of a steep hill so be prepared for that if you are visiting the harbour or beach front.
Plenty of space although it can get busy. At the top of steep hill so be aware if you go into Lyme it's a long way back up! Bit pricey at £7,50 for 4 hours
Very good place to visit Lyme Regis. Since the other car parks are pretty small they tend to be full very early. This one is also suitable for campervans and buses. If you go down to the beach at the end you will directly reach the beach where you turn right for the fossil area. A left turn brings you to the restaurants. Pay per card, 5 pound for 2 hours. Not cheap but worth it.
£15/day parking up from £10 in 2022 and £8 in 2021 ! gets busy so you need to be there by 10.30am and even then it’s touch and go on a good sunny day to get a space. sometimes best to wait til mid afternoon to get space when people leaving.
Too expensive for the day. Why can you get various options for length of stay up to 4 hours then it jumps to 10 hours. If you want anything between 4 and 10 hours you have to go back to your vehicle after 4 hours to get another ticket. Seems an odd idea. Used to be a very reasonable priced car park for a whole day.
