Excellent service. All the staff are very friendly, professional and nice. I can see alot of improvement after desired sessions. I would highly recommend this clinic. I would not recommend this company at all, they will keep on cancelling appointments. Then tell you when you're there after booking an appointment from over a month ago that they don't have enough products. Should there not be enough products baring in mind they are running a business. Supposedly they have run out of stock and there has been a delay of over a week due to the Bank holiday. Yet no common courtesy of them calling to let the client know to reschedule for another day even though they come from far. Then when asking to speak to a manager they don't want to speak to you. Then again to be told they now have stock when they lied, previously when having had a hydrafacial there were 4 bottles in the machine when I was told they had products when I walked into the treatment room this time around there were only 3 bottles, I have previously taken the attached photo so no mistake from my end more of a lie on theirs. They probably don't even do it properly. Also no apologies with the exception of Nazia the therapist who was kind enough to say she will do her best and give me an additional 15 minutes next times for the inconvenience caused. When there are offers for treatments think twice about taking them as they may cheat you as common customers don't know what they really use and you may be lied to. It's a shame I can't reply to your response. The therapist hadn't lied, clearly the entire company lied and cheat their customers. Many people were involved in lies also you pay for additional products which are supposed to be used with these facials and surprise surprise the products are not available to be used with the treatments. It seems like Colaz just like to take money and not have a care in the world for customers.Service: Laser hair removal
I had a horrible experience at this place. Firstly I had booked my patch test for laser hair removal and when I turned up there was no available specialist who could do it and then I was made to wait for about 40min after which the receptionist was like I need to do some documentation before the patch test and for booking the patch test I need to pay the entire amount for 8 sessions upfront in order for me to even book the patch test which I had already booked online. It’s ridiculous that she told me this after waiting 40min. Worst clinic ever, only after money and would not recommend at all. Please save yourself and do not go here.Service: Laser hair removal
Very friendly and sincere staff. Cleanliness is properly maintained. Special thanks to Vanisha for great service. Would definitely recommend Sorry I mentioned the wrong name it was Binita. And would want to add on to my previous review. I had my second facial at colaz today which has completely changed my perception. My first facial was truly a full 60 minutes of divine experience whereas today it was barely 30 minutes of a very painful session. I am not able to touch my nose due to pain and got hurt by the long nails of the girl who did my facial. I am greatly disappointed and would call it unprofessional treatment. Such an experience is a waste of money and time when you are in pain after a treatment supposed to be taken for relief. Do not ever take a package deal from them. Their quality of services will decline sharply after the first session.

Have my second session yesterday out of 6 for my beard shaping laser treatment. Nazia is amazing. She takes such care to ensure it doesn't hurt too much and she ensures that she does all required areas on face/neck. I'm really starting to think this was money well spent and I look forward to next month's session!Service: Laser hair removal

I have been a customer at Colaz Wembley pretty much since it's opened. They offer a wide variety of treatments at very competitive prices without compromising the quality of their treatments. All the staff are very friendly, professional and competent in all the different treatments I have tried so far Laser, Microdermabrasion and Dermapen. I always look forward to my appointments and will continue to come to Colaz Wembley although I now live quite far away as it's completely worth it!
It's not often that I feel I need to write a positive review but I could not let my experience not be noted. I met Sacha yesterday evening, Monday 19 November 2018 at 6:00pm for a consultation. I was greeted with a lovely smile and and the offer of a tea or coffee. Sacha could see that I was cold and wet from the rain and turned on the heat in the consultation room to make me feel more comfortable. I felt this gesture added to the positive experience that was ahead of me. Sacha's knowledge was impeccable and she took the time to explain things in detail and allowed me to ask many questions! This was followed by a session on the electro stimulation machine. I have osteoarthritis in my spine and neck and rotary cuff in my shoulder and the 10 minute session caused pain to these areas. Sacha went out of her way to call you I think to get advice on what can be done and the simple use of a chair alleviated the problem. This went on to booking the course of 12 treatments and a further 12 sessions of facials - 6 for myself and 6 for my daughter and the ordering of an eye product which you were currently out of stock of. Sacha is a credit to your salon and I look forward to my first session this Week. I remain positive that I will achieve my desired result.
Clean, relaxing, and professional. Had a mini-microdermabrasion with Mariam and my skin is glowing. She has magical hands and is very experienced. Will highly recommend... “Ghoffran”.
