I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton London Wembley starting on Friday, the 18th, and once again, the experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Reem, who provided me with a lovely upgraded room. Her service was not only efficient but also genuinely attentive, she took care of every request I made and ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.nThis was not my first visit to this hotel, and as a frequent guest, I continue to be impressed by the consistency and quality of service. The staff’s professionalism and hospitality make every stay enjoyable, and I highly recommend the Hilton London Wembley.
Rooms are spacious and really well-kept, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff are friendly — especially when it’s not match day! The swimming pool is a nice bonus, and the location is super convenient, close to everything. Also a great venue for weddings. Highly recommend!
Really nice hotel. Was given a wonderful greeting by Kavya at check-in who was exceptional and a credit to the hotel.nnGot a nice upgrade into a corner room which had everything I needed.nnExecutive lounge was spacious and had good quality canapes and drinks choices.nnBreakfast in the morning was of fantastic quality and choice and finally the pool and sauna was great.nnAll in all, a very nice stay. Will definitely be back I highly recommend.
Ahead of a football game at Wembley I booked the hospitality package for £35 per person. Getting into the hotel because the players were staying there you had to go through security to get in.nOnce into the restaurant it was lovely. Really nicely decorated. Our table was ready with 4 beers per person already in buckets of ice.nYou had the choice of chicken or vegetable curry which was really tasty. A great portion too.nI saw this being advertised on Facebook and was so pleased I did as the experience was fabulous for the price.
I had a wonderful stay and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they maintained a polite and friendly demeanor throughout my stay.nnThe rooms were clean and well-maintained. There were only a couple of minor things that were down to personal preference – the shower could have had a little more water pressure, and I did notice that the stone in the bathroom appeared stained. However, there was a note explaining that the staining was due to a reaction with something in the stone, and they’re in the process of replacing it, which I really appreciated.nnThe location was great, and the breakfast was excellent – a wonderful start to each day.nnOverall, my experience was fantastic, and I’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!
