Was coming for a concert and thought I’d try out a Hilton hotel first time as it’s my partners birthday and it did not disappoint!! I payed for a king room and a birthday package. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at reception and signed in! Our room was even upgraded which was incredibly kind! When we reached the room, we found a bottle of Prosecco, some cake, confetti, a personalised handwritten card, some balloons and a little candle made of towels! We were overjoyed at this touch and thoroughly enjoyed the cake too! I fear I misheard the man at the reception when he said we can take something from the minibar for free however, as I was charged £12 for some chocolate honeycomb, but no matter as it’s very tasty tho a little expensive!! the bed was so very comfy, and the room was very spacious! I requested more hot chocolate from reception and they brought it to the room! The closeness to the OVO arena was excellent after the concert, and I had a good sleep in a comfy bed! In the morning I had breakfast which was delicious, they had cooked breakfast, cereal, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, bakery items and a selection of condiments too! I had several plates gotta get my moneys worth and a very nice hot chocolate. As someone who usually stays at travelodge/premier inn, I see why people choose Hilton! I’m heartbroken I didn’t get time to try the pool and gym! We were treated like royalty from start to finish i understand the Hilton is a higher class hotel but this was luxury to me! Will definitely be back!

It's clear the team takes pride in creating a hospitable environment.The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, seasonal fruits, and high-quality coffee that kicked off my mornings perfectly. It catered to different tastes, including healthy options, and the attentive service made it even better.The gym was another gem: cool, well-equipped with top-notch cardio machines, free weights, and functional training areas. It was spacious, clean, and open early, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine without hassle. Plenty of mats, mirrors, and even cooling fans made workouts enjoyable.nOverall, Hilton Wembley delivered comfort, convenience, and top-tier service. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area – a fantastic choice for business or leisure.
Large, modern, hotel. Right next to Wembley stadium and arena.nRoom was spacious with a huge bed.nAll the stuff you need.nTea, coffee, kettle, biscuits and drinking water provided and a chargeable mini bar too.nBig bathroom, shower is over the bath, but it had a good curtain so you don't soak the floor.nStaff at reception, in the restaurant and in both bars were, friendly, polite and helpful.

He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable and well looked after.nHussain’s professionalism really stood out, and his warm, positive attitude made a great first impression. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Check-ins can sometimes feel rushed, but he made it a pleasant and relaxed experience.nA truly lovely start thanks to Hussain – his kindness and professionalism are very much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for any shopping lovers. I specially want to thank mr Jonathon for his exceptional service . Lovely person, was friendly , professional , attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him as our stay became much more enjoyable because of his excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s also great for families with young kids. There’s a playground just 1 min walk away . The poolside has such a cozy feel. The only thing that might need a bit of upgrade is the bathrooms. Might as well only need to change the lighting. Otherwise clean and tidy .I would happily choose this hotel again.
